SENIOR CROP FARM MANAGER

SUMMARY:
Northwest Area – MOZAMBIQUE: Our client seeks to employ an all-encompassing cropping manager to join their team.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Agricultural Diploma/Degree advantageous
• Min of 4 years previous experience with:

1. Planting of maize and beans
2. Fertilizing, mowing,
3. Irrigation of pastures
4. Management of maize and beans
5. Proven irrigation maintenance experience
6. Strong verbal and written communication skills
7. Leadership
8. Ability to speak some Portuguese advantageous
9. Maintenance orientated essential
