POSITION INFO:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Agricultural Diploma / Degree
Minimum of 5 years dairy herd management
Experience with TMR and Pasture Farming
Proven experience with fodder flow planning and execution
Proven ability to AI essential
Computer literacy essential
Great stockman
Strong leadership skills
