Duties and Responsibilities K ey Performance Areas Selling and supporting Dairy range both externally and with current\/prospect clients Achieving monthly & yearly sales targets per customer Building and maintaining customer relationships Monitoring pricing trends and adding value to customers Training local dairy technical advisors Technical Responsibilities Understanding Dairy nutrition principles Monitoring product performance & market trends Developing products with Global and local dairy product managers Understanding forage production principles Communicating effectively with customers and in-house personnel Participating in study groups & trade shows Administration Duties Managing registrations and legal aspects of Dairy products Handling necessary administration and customer liaison Reporting to Superiors and Product Managers accurately and timely Keeping sector plans updated and meeting project deadlines Qualifications & Experience Relevant degree\/diploma in Agriculture Professional Nutritionist registration 3+ years experience in similar role Experience in sales and marketing, preferably in milling Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook Skills Key account management Problem-solving and conflict handling Strong communication and relationship building skills Quality awareness and attention to detail Written communication and computer skills
