POSITION INFO:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Agricultural Diploma/Degree
Min of 3 years previous crop farm management experience
Computer literate
Strategic decision-making
Crop and soil management expertise
Cost control and profitability analysis
Leadership, communication, and reporting skills
