Minimum kwalifikasie: Matriek met voltooide BCom-graad in Menslike Hulpbronne.

Skakel met vakbond en personeelverteenwoordiger

Werwing, keuring en indiensneming van personeel

Opstel van doelstellings en teikens

Stel werkskontrakte op en hersien dit en alle ander werkplekbeleide

Formulering van Werk-profiele met KPI''s

Interpretasie van arbeidswetgewing

Gee van regsadvies wanneer nodig

Hanteer van tugverhore
