KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS Contributes to faculty academic department teaching & learning, and research Financial Planning & Budgeting Organisational Unit Staff Management Teaching Execution Post Graduate Research Supervision Research Execution T&L Integrated Community Engagement International Academic & Research Program Collaboration Academic Program Coordination MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Doctoral Degree in Human Movement Sciences, Sport Science, Exercise Science, Biokenitics or a closely related field At least 3 years' experience in higher education Undergraduate and postgraduate teaching and research experience Experience in clinical education coordination or clinical supervision of Human Movement Sciences students A record of accredited research publications commensurate with the academic rank of Senior Lecturer Postgraduate supervision experience including successful Masters\/Doctoral supervision, commensurate with the academic rank of Senior Lecturer ADDED ADVANTAGES A qualification in the assessment of learning at NQF Level 7\/8, or an equivalent teaching qualification. Evidence of successful external fundraising for research. Evidence of supporting early career academics. Recognition in a chosen area of research (e.g., NRF rating).
