SENIOR LEGAL SECRETARY 

BOLAND / WINELANDS 

R30 000 - R45 000 CTC PER MONTH / DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Matric and post matric will be beneficial
• 8 years + experience as a Senior Legal Secretary within the legal sector
• Conveyancing qualification and experience a minimum requirement, commercial experience will be advantageous
• Transfer or bonds experience or both would be beneficial
• Specific transfer types: Agricultural and Residential
• Transfers and registrations with the deeds office
• Outstanding professional communication and language skills in both Afrikaans and English (oral and written)
• Systems in use: Lexis Convey and Practice, MS Office and Ghost Practice
• Above average numeracy skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to function well within a small team
• Good organisational skills with the ability to function well under pressure, prioritise tasks, multi-task, work independently, and meet deadlines
• Willing to work overtime when required
