SUMMARY:
SENIOR RECRUITMENT OFFICER Job Role: To ensure that we advertise, attract, recruit and appoint talent in and outside the Organisation professionally to the satisfaction of client

POSITION INFO:

Job Scope:

Queries

Handle all queries effectively and efficiently
Competently handle all queries from Organisations

Administration

Ensure that all interview administration is completed
Generate the relevant advert for the vacancy
Generate short list
Set up interviews and conduct according to set standards
Finalise successful final interview candidates
Generate shortlist for the client
Advise the Client if there are any changes to the interviews scheduled
Conduct the relevant reference checks

Client Liaison

Liase with all clients in a professional manner
Ensure clients are given feedback timeously

Candidate Liaison

Liase with all candidates in a professional manner
Ensure candidates are given feedback timeously

Data Base

Ensure that successful candidates details are added to the Data Base and files generated with correct documentation where necessary

Audits

Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete and well presented for audits
Ensure that audit standards are adhered to

Job Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12)
HR Diploma
Minimum of 3 years relevant recruitment experience
Proven track record
