SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER - RUBY ON RAILS (ROR)– JOHANNESBURG (HYBRID) @ R1.5M PER ANNUM

POSITION INFO:
A dynamic software development company dedicated to solving real-world challenges with innovative technology solutions is seeking a skilled Ruby on Rails Developer to join their team. You will be required to design and build scalable, high-performance software solutions using Ruby on Rails that can handle millions of users. This is what you need to land an interview: 5+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails, including building scalable, performant web applications. Proficiency with JavaScript and modern front-end frameworks (React is a plus). Strong understanding of SQL and relational databases, with a focus on optimization and scalability. Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Docker) and other modern DevOps tools. Prior experience in healthcare tech or working with healthcare-related integrations like TPP SystmOne is a huge plus.
