• Minimum Requirements: 
• Solid recent Conveyancing Secretary experiencing in attending to Transfers at a law firm a must (Senior Level) 
• Fully independently function (from receipt of instruction to finalization) 
• Wxperienced with servitudes, subdivisions, consolidations, issuing of Certificates of Registered Title and Certificates of Consolidated Title 
• Must be able to work under pressure and handle volumes of matters 
• Able to handle volumes of matters 
• Computer literate in Ghostconvey and E4 a must (GhostPractice proficiency advantageous) 
• Handling of transfers from receipt of inception to finalization of the matter 
• Drafting all documentation ancillary to matter (CRT, CCT, Servitude, applications to remove conditions), submitting transfer duty receipts, obtaining rates clearance certificates and bondholders consents.
• Attending to finances on all transactions. 
• General conveyancing secretarial duties
