SENIOR TRANSFERS SECRETARY (CONVEYANCING) Based in Constanta Kloof RNeg

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Solid recent Conveyancing Secretary experiencing in attending to Transfers at a law firm a must (Senior Level)
Fully independently function (from receipt of an instruction to finalization)
Experienced with servitudes, subdivisions, consolidations, issuing of Certificates of Registered Title and Certificates of Consolidated Title
Must be able to work under pressure and handle volumes of matters
Able to handle volumes of matters
Computer literate in Ghostconvey and E4 a must (GhostPractice proficiency advantageous)
Handling of transfers from receipt of inception to finalization of the matter
Drafting all documentation ancillary to matter (CRT, CCT, Servitude, applications to remove conditions), submitting transfer duty receipts, obtaining rates clearance certificates and bondholders consents.
Attending to finances on all transactions.
General conveyancing secretarial duties
