SEO Manager

A Digital/SEO Marketing Manager is wanted to oversee and support the management of Digital marketing and SEO-Led processes for our Recruitment SA brands. Management of a team will also be necessary and the position will be based in Sunninghill, JHB.

Requirements:

• Formal qualification in Digital marketing and SEO
• Strong experience in using web analytics tools and a suite of digital marketing and SEO tools, including SEMRush and SearchMetrics, Google Analytics etc.
• Strong project management skills.
• A data driven mindset, with experience in looking at organic performance and taking appropriate actions to improve it.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong long-term relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent written communication skills
• Management capabilities

KPA's:

• Help to maintain and manage process against individual and shared targets.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to deliver brand Digital marketing and SEO strategy.
• Influence wider teams to identify Digital marketing campaigns, SEO execution priorities to be included in the digital roadmap
• Day-to-day management of all digital marketing and SEO activity (technical, content and off-page).
• Take full ownership and drive required deliverables for SEO projects and ensure each one is progressed within agreed timelines.
• Act as an internal Consultant and ensure SEO guidelines are adhered to across teams and projects.
• Work directly with different levels and areas of the Company’s Broader Digital and Marketing Teams (Paid Search, Content, Social Media, PR, UX, Web Development) to ensure SEO strategy is integrated and digital marketing efforts are aligned across channels.
• Own the relationship with the Digital marketing/SEO agency if needed.
• Ongoing identification of optimisation opportunities and initiatives taken to increase search engine ranking.
• Report ongoing activities and performance to the wider business.
• Keep up to date with latest changes regarding SEO best practices
