JOB SUMMARY:
Our client in the Public Sector has an opportunity available for a SETA Skills Development Project Implementation Analyst, to be based in the Northern Suburbs of Johannesburg. This will be a contract position for 4 months.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:

3-year Degree (preferably in Statistics, Data Analysis or other technical/quantitative discipline).
Post Graduate certificate in project management.
Post Graduate qualification in public development management or similar is highly desirable.
Minimum 10 years in Management Consulting / Project Management / Data Analysis / Analytics
Prior experience working with a SETA (Sector Education and Training Authority) is highly desirable, specifically in assessing Discretionary Grant project implementation.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Table/ Chart, Formulas, Functions, Macros and VLOOKUP).

KPAs:

Preparing evidence-based reports to inform decision making and withstand auditing
Solve a wide range of queries related to service delivery, applying sound discretion and sensitivity within operational/procedural limitations
Recommend business process optimisation improvements that aim to reduce the reoccurrence of service delivery failures, thereby strengthening efficiency, mitigating risk and improving reliability of performance and
financial data.
Escalated queries and consult when appropriate.
