JOB SUMMARY:
South Africa’s specialist recruitment company is seeking to expand the teams with a hardworking, target, driven and income driven individual for our Finance industry. This opportunity will groom you into a specialist Recruitment Consultant with a core focus on external recruitment. You will receive specialist inhouse training for our finance niche. Ensuring that you are equipped with the best knowledge and skillset to be the best recruiter in finance whilst generating income on top of your basic salary based on every placement made.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a recruitment consultant your duties would include:

negotiating contracts.
headhunting.
interviewing and assessing prospective applicants and matching them with vacancies at client companies.
screening candidates and drawing up shortlists of candidates for clients to interview.
organising interviews and selection events.

Requirements:

Completed Diploma/Degree
2-4 years’ experience in recruitment
Proven track record

Teamworking skills.
