SHE Administrator

SUMMARY:
An exciting opportunity has arisen within a stable and growing automotive manufacturing organisation for a SHE Administrator to join a newly created role supporting the Safety, Health & Environmental function.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will play a key role in ensuring SHE records, compliance activities and operational support functions are accurately managed, enabling the SHE department to operate efficiently and effectively.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities SHE Administration & Record Keeping Training Tracking & Coordination Safety Patrols, Job Observations & Close-Out Tracking PPE & Uniform Administration Medical Surveillance Administration Contractor Management, Permits & Induction Coordination Internal Projects & Facilities Support General SHE Administrative Support, including audit preparation, meetings, reporting and document control. Requirements Certificate or qualification in Safety, Health & Environmental Management (e.g. SAMTRAC or NEBOSH). Previous experience in SHE, facilities, project, HR or compliance administration . Strong administrative, document control and follow-up skills. Excellent computer literacy (MS Excel, Word and Outlook). Exposure to ISO 14001 , ISO 45001 and\/or SAIOSH registration will be advantageous. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail, planning and communication skills.
