JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are urgently looking for an experienced SHE Occupational Safety Specialist in Secunda, to work on a contract till 30 June 2022.

Planning and execution of shutdown safety plans

Establish safety objectives and targets

Identify safety hazards

Implement SHE risk management controls

Conduct incident investigations

Route cause analysis

Follow inspection plans and verification assessments

Involved with legal compliance audits

Review and update Occupational safety work instructions

Implement corrective and protective actions

Perform incident and injury analysis

Change management

Stakeholder engagement

Must have:

Valid Matric

Relevant Bachelors' degree (completed)

Professional membership

No less than 5 years' working experience as a SHE Occupational Safety Specialist within the petrochemical sector / oil / gas / energy / chemical
