SHIFT SUPERVISOR - FMCG (MOBENI)

SUMMARY:
The Shift Supervisor is accountable for executing the daily production plan and managing the production team during their shift. This role involves overseeing multiple operational activities simultaneously, ensuring high-quality output, and maintaining optimal efficiency. The successful candidate will have hands-on knowledge of production processes, equipment, and technology, and will collaborate with various departments to support operational goals.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:

• Matric / Grade 12 (Compulsory)
• Diploma or Degree in a related field (Preferred)
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a production environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets

• Experience in an FMCG or manufacturing environment
• Ability to analyse and report on operational data
• Effective under pressure and adaptable to change

• Strong scheduling and organisational abilities
• Solid understanding of workplace safety standards
• Accuracy in completing written records and reports
• Proven leadership and people management skills
• Compliance with health and safety standards, including daily upkeep of the production area
