Requirements:

Certificate in Management/Leadership
5 years’ experience in the Grain Industry with knowledge and experience in crop estimates; testing and grading of grains; Fumigation; customer liaison and supervisory practices
Understanding of basic financial management principles
Excellent negotiation and conflict management skills
Valid driver’s license
