Description:
The primary function of this vacancy is to present education training, modules and assist with planning, managing, and facilitating programs, manuals, and education platforms.
- Qualification in Beauty/ Skincare & or Aesthetics with strong Beauty /Skincare ingredient knowledge.
- MUST have a CIDESCO, ITEC & or SAASHB Certificate.
- Assessors & or Facilitators qualification (BONUS).
- Train-the-Trainer – BONUS
- 2 – 5 years of work experience in a Skincare Trainer role.
- MUST have Selling Skills.
- MUST have Skincare knowledge.
- Ability to be on the road conducting in-store training.
- Develop and Deliver Training Programs.
- Conduct Product Demonstrations.
- Provide Hands-on Instruction.
- Educating clients and professionals on Skincare Practices, Treatments, and Products through developing and delivering training programs.
- MUST be able to do product demonstrations, assess skin conditions, create personalised regimens, and provide hands-on training in various settings.
- MUST have clear experience in a Skincare Trainer role.
- MUST have a valid driver's license & own a reliable car.
- MUST be able to travel to clients to conduct training.
- MUST be highly presentable & well-groomed (you are the face of the company).
- MUST be punctual, timely and have strong presentation skills.
- Confident with Virtual Education presentations such as ZOOM for International clients.
- Communication (reading, writing, and speaking) is of utmost importance. English is mandatory.
