SLA Account Manager

SUMMARY:
Our client is seeking an experienced SLA Account Manager to join their team in Brackenfell, Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ HVAC experience, strong technical knowledge, excellent communication and customer service skills, and the ability to manage client relationships effectively. Requirements include a Grade 12 qualification, valid driver’s license and own vehicle, computer literacy in Excel, Word and Outlook, with Pastel and Office 365 knowledge being advantageous. The successful candidate will be organized, proactive, target-driven, and passionate about delivering excellent service.

Proven HVAC experience is essential, with a minimum of 2 years' experience required. Valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle required for work purposes. Strong technical knowledge is essential. Strong computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Knowledge of Pastel and Office 365 would be advantageous. DUTIES: Manage a high volume of customer service level agreements (SLAs). Schedule and coordinate technical teams to ensure effective service delivery. Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales. Manage and maintain strong client relationships. Handle all client communication and provide service feedback reports. Manage customer invoicing processes. Conduct regular customer site visits to ensure service excellence.
