Senior Development Secretary

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:
Instead of focusing on private homes, they will be focusing on huge developments and relationship management with the Developers who can be quite demanding at times.  
-    Property registration from general plan 
-    Opening and subsequent transfers sectional title scheme
-    Creation of conditions in power of attorneys
-    Acute attention to detail
-    Adaptable to changing priorities at short notice
-    Capable of handling, keeping track of and reporting on large volumes of work 
-    Capable of running with matters independently and without constant supervision
-    Capable of preparing financial statements and finalising accounts
-    Excellent time-management
-    Well-spoken, excellent communication skills
-    Relationship management with Developers and Conveyancers – TEAM WORK essential
-    Experience with transfers in new property developments
-    High volumes and municipality applications 
-    Willingness to work from Master Files
-    Experience with FLISP an added advantage
-    Familiar with bond process an advantage
-    Experienced in MS Office Suite (excel), LexisConvey, PMPro (experience in SiMS an added advantage)
