Identify, investigate, and escalate potential security incidents. Analyse system, network, and application logs. Assist with incident response and remediation activities. Conduct initial threat investigations and root-cause analysis. Maintain and update incident documentation. Support vulnerability management initiatives. Stay informed on emerging cyber threats and attack techniques. Job Experience & Skills Required Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field. Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts and security frameworks. Knowledge of networking fundamentals and operating systems. Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Linux environments. Exposure to SIEM tools such as Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk, or QRadar. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and documentation abilities. Relevant certifications such as Security+, ISC2 CC, SC-900, or Network+ will be advantageous. Ideal Candidate Profile You are naturally curious, analytical, and passionate about cybersecurity.
