SUMMARY:
A growing technology company is looking for an IT Support Technician to provide first-line technical support to users!

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities: Provide first-line IT support via phone, email, and ticketing systems. Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and Microsoft 365 issues. Configure desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment. Escalate complex technical issues when required. Maintain accurate support documentation and ticket updates. Perform routine system maintenance and updates. Promote IT security best practices and ensure compliance. Job Experience and Skills Required: Proven experience in a 1st Line IT Support role. Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory. Experience using IT ticketing systems and remote support tools. Basic understanding of networking (TCP\/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi). Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
