SUMMARY:
SOFTWARE DEVELOPER - CAPE TOWN

At least 2 years’ experience in building complex, database driven web apps
Relevant degree or diploma in Information Systems or Computer Science

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

Working with business stakeholders and UX practitioners to gather and spec requirements
Developing in Python, with Django, Postgres and Graphql
Developing on a js SPA
Writing ad hoc queries and extracting data to support business
Write code, do code reviews and testing

Key Requirements:

At least 2 years’ experience in building complex, database driven web apps
Relevant degree or diploma in Information Systems or Computer Science
Excellent Maths marks (for Matric and degree/diploma)
Experience working with Django and Graphene
Experience with Vue.js, Vue Router and VueX
Experience with Postgres
Solid understanding of Git and Git branching and merging strategies
Strong understanding of complex data structures
