SUMMARY:
Our client seeks to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced SYSPRO Support Administrator to provide day-to-day operational support for the SYSPRO ERP environment across all group divisions. The role is responsible for first-line user support, master data maintenance, month-end / period-end processing, and basic reporting assistance. The incumbent will work under the direction of the SYSPRO Lead to keep the ERP system running reliably and to safeguard data integrity across all modules and divisions.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities: User Support & Helpdesk Master Data Administration Month-End \/ Period-End Processing Reporting Support Documentation & Training System Maintenance Qualifications & Experience: Matric \/ Grade 12 essential; a relevant IT, Finance, or Business diploma \/ degree 3-5 years' experience in an ERP support or administration role; SYSPRO experience strongly preferred Working knowledge of core accounting and inventory concepts (AR, AP, GL, Inventory, WIP) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; exposure to SQL or reporting tools Strong attention to detail and data accuracy Methodical, process-driven approach, particularly under month-end deadline pressure Clear written and verbal communication with users across all levels of the business Ability to work across multiple divisions \/ company codes and manage competing priorities Sound judgement to escalate appropriately rather than attempt fixes outside scope Correspondence will only be conducted with short listed candidates.
