Sales & Client Service Coordinator

Candidate Profile

Must have a sales-oriented nature, outgoing personality with a customer focused mindset
Able to work with both challenging and easy-going customers
Must be able to think creatively
Will be office based
Technical knowledge of manufacturing, fabrication, machining, estimating and costing
Must have internal communication skills to work effectively with the CEO, MD, office staff, and factory team
Ability to work within company processes, culture & values
Strong communication skills in both English and Afrikaans (verbal and written)
Computer literate – MS Office

Job Description

Sales via telephone, email, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
Service existing customers.
Follow up with inactive customers to regain business.
Follow up on and manage internet leads to secure orders.
Source new customers.
Prepare quotes according to customer requirements.
Liaise with the factory to schedule priority work.
