Candidate Profile

• Must have a sales-oriented nature, outgoing personality with a customer focused mindset
• Able to work with both challenging and easy-going customers
• Must be able to think creatively
• Will be office based
• Technical knowledge of manufacturing, fabrication, machining, estimating and costing
• Must have internal communication skills to work effectively with the CEO, MD, office staff, and factory team
• Ability to work within company processes, culture & values
• Strong communication skills in both English and Afrikaans (verbal and written)
• Computer literate – MS Office

• Sales via telephone, email, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
• Service existing customers.
• Follow up with inactive customers to regain business.
• Follow up on and manage internet leads to secure orders.
• Source new customers.
• Prepare quotes according to customer requirements.
• Liaise with the factory to schedule priority work.
