Do you have that innovative marketing flair to increase sales?

We require a young vibrant individual who would like to manage the sales and marketing portfolio for the onboarding and sales of new customers enrolling for yachting courses.

Excellent opportunity working from the Cape Town Waterfront area. This role will require your social media skills, you will need to be bilingual with excellent communication skills in English and Afrikaans, plus own transport essential.

POSITION INFO:
REQUIREMENTS

Matric, Bilingual in English and Afrikaans with own transport
Own transport essential
Relevant qualification advantageous
One to two years’ experience in sales is important
Computer Literate
Able to with across social media platforms well
Confident, proactive and deadline driven
Always willing to go the extra mile and initiate new ideas in the business

DUTIES

Manage emails and answer customer enquiries that come from the website enquiries
Assist clients telephonically with Sales and enquiries
Engage positively with walk in clients and assist with requirements and enquiry
Follow up proactively after sending required information to customers
Manage course schedules for the website, organise for the relevant person to upload requirements to the website
Prepare tracking sheet with courses starting for relevant instructors and equipment required
Load and send invoices
Ensure sufficient course materials for all shore based courses is available
Manage stock
Book Instructors for various courses, and the examiner
Send customer booking and indemnity form to be filled in and returned to Sales Manager
Prepare paperwork for Practical and theory courses
Control Petty Cash, and deposits received from clients
Booking outsourced courses when required
Explain process for payment
Ensure reception and classroom areas are presentable
Put up advertising banners in the morning and take down at end of day
Manage and order consumables and cleaning supplies for office area.

Salary: R15,000 plus Commission negotiable dependent on experience
