Sales & Marketing Executive & PA to Director

SUMMARY:
Are you experienced in Sales and Marketing and have PA experience assisting a Director or Manager? This is an excellent dual role responsibility where you can you use your all-rounder skills alongside the Director to enhance their successful products that are manufactured in Cape Town for sale nationally.

POSITION INFO:

REQUIREMENTS

Matric, Bilingual in English and Afrikaans

Tertiary qualification highly advantageous

Experience in Sales and Marketing

Marketing background

Experience in PA duties

Ability to think out of the box

Highly proficient in MSOffice

Vibrant confident personality to build client relationships

Must be able to travel locally and have a passport to travel internationally

DUTIES

Diary management and all PA duties for the Director requirements

Using marketing experience to enhance sales within the organisation

Calling on clients and building sound relationships to enhance sales

Manage quotations and negotiations

Booking meetings with Clients

Manage bookings for Travel, Accommodation, and flights

General administration duties pertaining to this manufacturing concern

Work as a team with the Director and admin staff within the manufacturing plant

Visit clients with the Director

Travel out of town to clients

Telephonically source new clients for business

Assist with marketing requirements for the company

Salary: R dependent on experience
