SUMMARY:
Our Client is seeking a high-impact Sales & Marketing Manager to drive revenue growth, enable the sales team, and ensure systems are optimised for scale. Acting as the Founder’s commercial right-hand, you’ll lead through clarity, structure, and accountability — inspiring the team and owning results.
This role is strategic and operational, not hands-on technical work. You will manage CRM, e-commerce, and outsourced marketing/operations partners, ensuring systems support sales growth and excellent customer experience.

POSITION INFO:
Job Requirements:

Proven experience leading and growing a sales team
Strong CRM experience (Monday preferred)
Commercial and revenue-focused mindset
Ability to lead through influence, trust, and accountability
Comfortable managing outsourced agencies/partners
B2B sales experience
E-commerce exposure (Shopify)
Familiarity with inventory systems (Cin7 / DEAR)
Experience in founder-led or fast-growth businesses

Job Duties:

Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to high performance
Own overall sales growth (B2B + e-commerce) and pipeline health
Manage CRM (Monday) adoption, automation, and reporting
Oversee B2B marketing strategy via outsourced partners, tracking ROI and lead quality
Ensure commercial systems (CRM, Shopify, inventory) support sales and growth
Act as the bridge between sales, marketing, operations, and production
Collaborate with the Founder on strategy and execution
