POSITION INFO:
Our client, a market-leader in providing a total concept hiring, sales, repair and maintenance service to a wide range of customers the Western Cape, has an opportunity available for an energic, creative and dynamic SALES & OPERATIONS MANAGER, with excellent management and people skills to join their team at one of their Companies in Paarl. A market-related remuneration package, including a contribution to a Retirement Annuity and Funeral Fund.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop sales strategies in conjunction with the Business Manager and CEO.
- Client acquisition and relationship management.
- Lead generation and conversion.
- Sales forecasting and reporting.
- Contract management.
- Fleet and inventory management in conjunction with Depot Supervisor.
- Logistics coordination.
- Staff coordination.
- Customer services oversight.
- Compliance and safety.
- Cost control.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Matric Certificate.
- A Tertiary qualification will be advantageous.
- Must be able to speak Afrikaans and English.
- Strong background and experience with Sales.
- Excellent people- and communication skills.
- Must be pro-active and a problem-solver.
- Must be energetic, goal orientated and be able to perform under pressure.
- Must be detail-oriented and have an innovative attitude.
