POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities Report directly to the Sales Director. Manage and coordinate the daily activities of the sales department. Monitor and drive sales team performance, accountability, and productivity. Ensure all customer requests, quotations, follow-ups, and commitments are actioned and completed timeously. Allocate, track, and manage tasks across the sales team. Develop and maintain reporting systems, dashboards, and performance metrics. Analyze sales activities and identify areas requiring management intervention. Monitor adherence to company policies, procedures, and sales processes. Conduct regular follow-ups with sales staff regarding outstanding actions and commitments. Prepare management reports and provide recommendations to improve departmental effectiveness. Assist with strategic planning, forecasting, and operational improvements within the sales department. Act as the central point of coordination between the Sales Director and the sales team.
