Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales Data Capture Administrator to ensure accurate and organized CRM data while supporting the sales team with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
Accurately capture and maintain sales data in the CRM system
Assist the sales team with reporting, tracking leads, and managing follow-ups
Validate and verify data for accuracy and completeness
Monitor and update client records while ensuring compliance with internal processes and data protection policies
Provide insights into potential sales opportunities based on CRM data

Requirements

Previous experience in sales administration, CRM data capturing, or a similar role
Understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management
Proficiency in using CRM systems
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Good organizational and multitasking skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving abilities and ability to identify inefficiencies
Ability to work independently while supporting a team
