Sales Administrator

POSITION INFO:
An exciting opportunity has opened for a proactive and detail-driven Sales Administrator to join a dynamic and performance-oriented sales environment. This role provides crucial administrative and operational support to the national sales team, while managing the end-to-end processing of sales orders and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Reporting & Analysis: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports using QlikView. Extract data and compile visual reports, graphs, and presentations. Support customer reviews, price negotiations, and trade feedback sessions
• Sales Order Processing: Capture and manage sales orders using Syspro. Follow up on outstanding orders and customer queries. Coordinate artwork, flyers, and advertising material for trade
• Administrative Support: Draft correspondence to customers and suppliers. Maintain department leave records and attendance registers. Coordinate meetings, travel bookings, and vehicle usage logs. Assist with customer pack and promotional gift preparation

• A tertiary qualification in Business Management or a related field
• 3–5 years’ experience in a sales or production admin environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Syspro experience is a plus
• Experience working in a multinational environment advantageous
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail

• Able to handle pressure and tight deadlines
