Full training, guidance and support will be provided to the successful candidate. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients. Identify prospective clients and generate new business opportunities. Conduct client meetings and understand individual financial needs and objectives. Present appropriate financial solutions in a clear and professional manner. Follow up on leads and maintain an active sales pipeline. Develop and manage a personal client base. Provide ongoing service and relationship management to existing clients. Meet agreed sales and business development targets. Maintain accurate client records and ensure all documentation is completed correctly. Work within the required regulatory and compliance standards. Continuously develop knowledge of financial products, markets and client needs.
