SUMMARY:
Are you a well-connected Sales Executive with a proven ability to grow business in the luxury residential market?

Our Cape Town-based, national client in the luxury lifestyle sector is seeking a professional with strong networks across the architectural, property development and design sectors.

This role focuses on leveraging relationships to secure new business, influence specifications and deliver a refined, consultative sales experience for bespoke home solutions aligned with a premium brand.

POSITION INFO:
REQUIREMENTS

Matric, minimum 5 years’ experience within a similar Sales environment
Driver’s license with own reliable transport
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, contractors and other stakeholders
Structured and organised, with the ability to plan and methodically execute sales activities
Knowledge of CRM software and ability to use it effectively to manage leads and track sales activities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bilingual in English and Afrikaans
Willing and able to travel to other provinces once a month

DUTIES

Develop and implement a strategic sales plan by pursuing new business leads and achieving monthly sales targets
Proactively seek out new business opportunities and build a robust pipeline of leads
Conduct thorough needs assessments with clients to determine the best mobility solution unique to the client’s requirements and provide expert product knowledge and advice
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Collaborate with the installation team to ensure a smooth installation process for the client. Follow up with outstanding accounts promptly and take necessary steps to resolve any issues
Stay current with industry trends and developments and leverage this knowledge to position company as a leader in the market
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture and work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
Adhere to high ethical standards of behaviour in all aspects of your work, including honesty, accountability, and integrity
