POSITION INFO:
Top Sales Professional Required Join the Team Behind Africa's Biggest Business Event South Africa's leading SME organisation, is looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team and secure exhibitors for The Business Show :: Africa. Previous experience in exhibition sales will be a distinct advantage. Location Table View, Cape Town The Ideal Candidate • A total professional • Dynamic, vibrant, passionate, outgoing and enthusiastic • An expert communicator and relationship builder • A go-getter with initiative and drive • Flexible, resilient and willing to learn • Proactive, self-motivated and goal-oriented • Extremely positive and confident • Able to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment Education & Experience Minimum Requirements • Matric \/ Grade 12 • Minimum 2 years' proven sales experience • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets Advantageous • Tertiary qualification (Degree or Diploma) • Exhibition, events, sponsorship or media sales experience Key Responsibilities • Secure exhibitors for (Joburg & Cape Town) • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline • Develop and maintain professional client relationships • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients • Promote the benefits and opportunities available through The Business Show :: Africa • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets • Manage the complete sales administration process • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports • Manage debtor collections professionally via telephone and email • Maintain effective office correspondence and client records Remuneration & Benefits • Basic Salary: (depending on experience) • High commission structure • Attractive incentive programme • Opportunity to work on Africa's leading business events • Growth and advancement opportunities within the organisation
