JOB SUMMARY:
A Very well Established Company in the Electrical Wholesale Industry is looking for a Sales Representative to Join their team

Offering a basic Salary Between R12 000 and R18 000 a month

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Description:
ï· Build & manage strong customer relationships with existing as well as new clients by
engaging with the decision makers to uncover new opportunities to build effective pipeline.
ï· Identify new potential clients & promote sales by engaging weekly through call, email &
visits to onboard new logos to existing dealer base as well as work closely with the NB
development Consultant.
ï· Set up meetings with decision makers & completion of post visit email afterwards for every
meeting with Top 30 client profile.
ï· Manage dealer base consistently by updating details frequently and analyse sales per
product and category to promote healthy spread of sales across all categories.
ï· Build strong and accurate pipeline and adding value.
ï· Service clients quickly, efficiently & professionally at all times.
ï· Offer proficient technical advice and work out solutions accurately.
ï· Commit to mastering knowledge of the applications, features, & benefits of all relevant
product lines & solutions.
ï· Accurate drafting of quotations and solutions based on the specific needs of clients through
existing resources.
ï· Articulate company's value proposition and product matrix to clients.
ï· Accurate Monthly Planning & execution thereof.
ï· Meet Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly sales targets by executing set expectations.

Qualifications:
ï· Grade 12 Certificate.
ï· Valid Driver's License.
ï· Preference will be given to N3 Diploma or Better qualification.
ï· Preference will be given to sales diploma or better.
ï· Experience:
ï· Minimum 4 years proven sales experience - Preference will be given to electronic security
industry experience.
ï· Strong Technical / IT related sales knowledge - Preference will be given to distribution
experience.
ï· Have worked with CRM system or Excel based equivalent process.
ï· Strong Microsoft Office Usage Experience to promote planning and processes.
ï· Dealer Base Management experience & understanding of sales process.
Skills:
ï· Strong prioritization of duties to maximize return on effort.
ï· Communication Skills essential - telephonic, face-to-face and email etiquette.
ï· Self-Disciplined and Motivated.
ï· Fast learning of new information capabilities.
ï· Research & Profile Skills - LinkedIn, Who is etc.
ï· Goal Driven and clear understanding of their goals.
ï· Planning & Execution of plan critical.
ï· Able to understand figures and analyse to benefit progress.
ï· Trader by nature - able to trade responsible with discount structures to maximize sales &
profits.

Benefits:
ï· Basic Salary R12,000 - R18,000 neg. depending on experience
ï· Commission: GP rand value based 3% uncapped.
ï· Company vehicle / claims available for meetings, site visits etc. incl. in CTC.
ï· Full product and solution training provided.
ï· Active dealer base of existing clients & new clients provided*
ï· Marketing assistance to clients available free of charge - Website, flyers, business cards.
ï· Marketing done to dealer base clients via email and WhatsApp on weekly and monthly basis
to promote brands and solutions.
ï· Workshops arranged for clients.
