Sales Coordinator

Sales Coordinator’s Responsibilities:

• Coordinating sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
• Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
• Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
• Marketing and promoting new and current products.
• Handling orders by phone, email, or mail and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers.
• Sourcing and moving stock.
• Informing clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
• Monitoring the team’s progress, identifying shortcomings and propose improvements.
• Assisting in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.
• Finding new business.
• Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
• Site visits and inspections.
• Pricing and submitting tenders.

• Matric relevant field certification in sales or marketing will be an asset.
• Minimum 2 years proven experience in sales or as a sales coordinator.
• Good computer skills.
• Proficiency in English.
• Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and customer service skills.
