Sales Coordinator

The Inside Sales Co-Ordinator is part of the Commercial, Sales Team working closely with your
teammates nationally and the broader business, based in Johannesburg. Your focus is to ensure the
highest level of customer experience in dealing with the brands, from project inception to final installation. You will work together with the Sales, Marketing, Finance, Service and Warehouse teams to this end. You provide solicited and unsolicited feedback and contribute to the optimization of our service offering. You are expected to be an ambassador and expert on our brand and organisation at all times. You are available and you are committed to working well together.

Requirements:
❑ Relevant Tertiary education (with a focus on fitness/sport beneficial)
❑ At least 3 years of relevant inside sales & design, work experience
❑ Preferably knowledge of / network in the Fitness industry and / or the (para) medical market
❑ Good knowledge of graphic design software (e.g. CAD or EC Design) is an Advantage, MS Office and ERP
software
❑ Affinity for the fitness brand

Tasks and Responsibilities

❑ Support in developing the “go to market” plan through market research and customer conversations
❑ Actively manage leads and support the weekly planning of the commercial sales team
❑ Responsible for keeping their own product knowledge and developments in the market up to date (macro and micro level) as well as advising entrepreneurs on these developments in the
market and their application
❑ Deliver customer proposals and floorplan designs in order to support corporate revenues
❑ Central management of sales team administration, including but not limited to, proposals, CRM accuracy and customer follow-up
❑ Customer contact for follow-up and post install evaluations
❑ Supplying customers / prospects for organized customer events
❑ Using an overall work structure with a clear division of tasks and recurring substantiated time planning as described in the Sales Manual
❑ Play the role as hub between the external sales team and the internal teams to ensure the best possible, customer experience
