This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with people, is motivated by targets and wants to build a career in business development and international B2B sales . Working closely with a Branch Manager, you’ll research potential clients, identify the right decision-makers and use LinkedIn, email and phone outreach to turn prospects into qualified meetings and commercial opportunities. About the Role The Sales Development Representative will play an important role in building the sales pipeline and supporting global business growth. Your focus will be on finding quality prospects, reaching out to potential clients and securing meetings for the Branch Manager. You’ll also follow up after meetings to help progress opportunities towards a successful close. This is a role where persistence matters . You’ll need to be comfortable with cold outreach, following up consistently and handling rejection without losing momentum. In return, the position provides an opportunity to develop practical sales experience in an international environment, with the ability to earn commission in addition to a basic salary. Key Responsibilities Research and identify quality leads and potential clients using internal processes and partner websites. Identify appropriate contacts and decision-makers within target organisations. Organise and maintain prospect and lead information. Reach out to prospective clients through LinkedIn, email and telephone . Conduct cold outreach to generate interest and secure meetings. Schedule qualified meetings for Branch Managers responsible for global business development. Follow up consistently with prospects across multiple communication channels. Follow up after meetings to help progress opportunities and close deals. Capture, update and cross-check lead information within CRM systems . Maintain accurate and organised sales and prospect data. Prepare reports to track performance against meeting targets. Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective clients. Adapt working times where necessary according to the international region assigned. What You’ll Bring Good high school results, with passes across all subjects. Excellent command of written and spoken English, including strong grammar and sentence structure. Excellent telephone and email etiquette. Strong organisational and time-management skills. A personable, engaging and professional communication style. Persistence and willingness to follow up consistently with leads. Resilience and the ability to handle rejection positively. A strong target-driven and results-focused mindset. Motivation to succeed in a sales environment. Ability to learn quickly and take on feedback. Flexibility around working times depending on the international region you support. Confidence communicating with prospective clients through telephone, email and LinkedIn. Nice to Have University or college degree\/diploma in any field, with all subjects passed. Previous cold-calling experience. Previous sales or business development experience.
