Sales Enablement Manager

POSITION INFO:

A growing organisation is seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to optimise sales performance, streamline processes, and support multiple sales teams. This role suits someone who is highly organised, tech-savvy, and experienced in B2B sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

Support and coordinate Account Management, Sales, Bid, and Qualification teams
Implement and maintain sales processes, CRM workflows, and reporting
Improve pipeline accuracy, data quality, and sales forecasting
Coach team members on lead management and sales execution
Drive adoption of CRM tools, automation, and performance dashboards
Resolve operational issues and ensure smooth end-to-end sales workflows

Requirements

5–7 years in sales enablement or sales operations (B2B)
2+ years in a supervisory or managerial role
Strong CRM experience and data-driven mindset
Proven ability to improve sales productivity and processes
Relevant degree advantageous
