SUMMARY:
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a dynamic and experienced Sales Engineer to join their team in the mechanical engineering sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in gear sales and a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships while driving business growth.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients within the gear and mechanical components industry.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients, ensuring solutions meet customer requirements.
Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Collaborate with the engineering and operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments to inform sales strategies.

Requirements:

BEng / BTech in Mechanical Engineering.
3–5 years of proven experience in gear sales or related mechanical components.
Strong technical knowledge of gears and mechanical systems.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
