POSITION INFO:
A growing company within the steel and fabrication industry is looking for a driven Sales Specialist to join their Cape Town team. This opportunity is ideal for someone who understands the industrial sector, enjoys building relationships, and can confidently grow business within a technical sales environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and driving sales growth across the region.

Non-Negotiable Requirements

Based in Cape Town
Previous sales experience within the steel, manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial sector
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle

Job Experience & Skills Required

New business development and account management experience
Ability to identify client requirements and provide suitable solutions
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Comfortable managing a sales territory independently
Exposure to stainless steel, fabrication, sheet metal, engineering, or related industries advantageous
Tertiary qualification in sales, engineering, business, or a related field highly advantageous
Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
