Our client is looking for a Sales Engineer. The company provide high quality, well-engineered, turnkey energy and water solutions to the commercial and industrial building sectors.

POSITION INFO:

Position: Sales Engineer

Location: Centurion

Salary Range: TBA

Job Description:

Source new request for proposals, information and quotations (RFP’s, RFI’s and RFO’s)
Market Research
Establish quality contact with potential clients
Identify client needs & wants
Relay information to the Engineering Team
CRM Platform: Update and Maintain
Assist with marketing campaigns
Regular regional and national travel required
Goals setting
Further development
Procurement negotiations
Researching new technologies

Qualifications:

Tertiary Qualification (Technical skillset is a prerequisite)
Reading proficiency & comprehension:
Able to understand and comprehend technical/legal documentation that form part of the RFP/RFI & RFQ
Build and retain professional relationships:
Building and nourishing professional relationships with clients, suppliers and partners
Mix between technical and marketing skill set:
Understanding client needs for both a technical and marketing/sales aspect
Communication proficiency:
Liaise and collaborate with clients, team members and suppliers
