Non-Negotiable Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years’ proven experience in HVAC sales
• Hands-on HVAC design experience (essential)
• Strong technical knowledge of air conditioning systems and related products
• Demonstrated success in building and maintaining consultant and developer networks
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills

• Promote HVAC solutions to consultants, developers, and trade partners
• Deliver technical sales support and prepare detailed quotations
• Expand the customer base while strengthening existing relationships
• Contribute to product promotion strategies and market positioning
• Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining service excellence
