POSITION INFO:
I’m building a select talent pool of high-calibre sales professionals within the industrial and mining lighting space for multiple upcoming and active client requirements.
This is not a single role — it’s an opportunity to be first in line when senior, specialist, and growth-focused lighting sales roles become available across South Africa.

Non-Negotiable Requirements

Proven technical or solution sales experience within the lighting industry
Exposure to industrial, mining, infrastructure, or heavy commercial projects
Strong understanding of lighting solutions, specifications, and applications
Track record of selling into engineering, mining, or industrial environments
Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel

Experience & Skills Required

Managing and growing key accounts within industrial or mining sectors
Working with consulting engineers, EPCs, contractors, and end users
Solution-based selling (projects, upgrades, or retrofits)
Strong commercial awareness and relationship-building ability
Comfortable working independently in external sales roles
