We’re looking for a Sales Engineer with solid experience in valves, actuators, and flow solutions — someone who enjoys solving problems, working with people, and growing trusted partnerships.

POSITION INFO:
Join a well-respected engineering solutions provider known for its premium valve and actuation products across Sub-Saharan Africa. The company has built its name on technical excellence, reliability, and long-term customer relationships in industries such as mining, petrochemical, water treatment, and energy.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for growing market share, managing client accounts, and providing technical guidance on product selection and applications. You’ll spend your time engaging with Engineers, maintenance teams, and procurement professionals — ensuring that they have the right flow control solutions for their needs.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Proven sales experience in valves, actuators, or flow control systems
Strong technical understanding of valve types, actuation, and related components
Confident in providing technical support and application advice to clients
Experience dealing with EPCs, end-users, or industrial distributors
Driven, target-focused, and passionate about customer service
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
