SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for a dynamic, target-driven Sales Executive to join their growing furniture business.

POSITION INFO:

Attend to walk-in customers and understand their furniture requirements
Recommend suitable products based on customer needs and budget
Generate leads and develop new business opportunities
Conduct site visits for customized or modular furniture projects
Prepare quotations and follow up on inquiries
Negotiate pricing and close sales
Coordinate with design, production, and delivery teams
Maintain customer database and ensure post-sale service follow-up
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
2–5 years of experience in furniture, interior, or home décor sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of furniture materials, finishes, and modular systems
Target-oriented with a positive attitude
Proficiency in MS Office; CRM knowledge is an advantage

What We Offer

Competitive salary + 3,5% commission structure
