Our client, an innovative and fast-growing vehicle subscription and mobility solutions business, is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to join their expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to be part of scaling a modern automotive mobility brand.

In this role you will be responsible for driving sales growth, generating new business opportunities, and closing deals within the vehicle subscription and mobility sector. The successful candidate will build and maintain strong client relationships, deliver excellent customer service, manage the full sales process, maintain CRM activity, and work closely with internal teams to support business growth and customer retention.

Remuneration
R 12 500 Basic salary plus lucrative performance-based incentives – Benefits include Provident Fund and Medical Aid contributions, Fuel Allowance and growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding business.

POSITION INFO:
Duties:

• Drive new business development and achieve monthly sales targets
• Promote and sell vehicle subscription and mobility solutions to individual and corporate clients
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional and proactive engagement
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored mobility solutions
• Manage the full sales process from lead generation through to deal closure
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity on CRM systems
• Follow up on leads and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
• Work closely with internal teams to support operational efficiency and business growth
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity within the rental and subscription market

• Minimum 2 years’ sales experience within the vehicle rental, fleet, leasing, mobility, or subscription-based sales environment
• Previous vehicle rental industry experience will be highly advantageous
• Proven sales track record with strong closing ability
• Customer-focused with excellent relationship-building skills
• High-energy, self-motivated, and target-driven personality
• Passion for learning, growth, and contributing toward scaling a growing business
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Computer literate with CRM exposure advantageous
• Must be based in or around the East Rand
